Matched into the Group 3 with Poland, Wales and Netherlands who they will be battling on 6th of June, 2022, Belgium are eyeing top of the group.
The team are known to be a very tough opponent in their attacking lines and has over the years strongly developed their back lines too.
Facing Netherlands has always been a tough battle for Belgium as the opponents aren’t weak with their last two games ending 1-1 draws.
Belgium manager, Martinez will have to tighten his defense ahead of the game next month but will ahead of them deal with his latest worry.
The 48-year-old will be without Real Madrid goalkeeper, Thibaut Courtois who just won his club side the UEFA Champions League trophy on Saturday.
Courtois has been reportedly injured and won’t be taking a part in the game as tests are set to be carried out on the former Chelsea man to know the length of his injury.
We are yet to learn of the injury in particular but it’s known to be something serious that would warrant him not participating in the game.
