Silva is keen on playing alongside his Joao Neves as Man City eye recruiting his services
Manchester City will go head to head with their local rivals, Man United for the signature of Portuguese prodigy, Joao Neves in the coming transfer window.
Neves is interested on a departure but the only question remains where he will be heading to.
Ahead of the transfer market opening date, Man City midfielder, Bernardo Silva has openly suggested to the 19-year-old to pick Man City ahead of United.
The Red Devils are currently struggling to find their form this season and they deem signing Neves as a step towards their solution.

While on the other hand, Pep Guardiola’s Man City have an upper hand in their form and also with recent recruitments like Doku flourishing already, Joao Neves may be tempted already to pick them ahead of United.
Speaking in an interview, Bernardo Silva said of the transfer interest on Neves; “If I can, I will pull strings to João Neves to go to Man City.
“I’d like to see João joining City instead of Man United, of course!”
