The former Man United Goalie raised eye brows on Saturday night when he left a bizzare comment on Bruno Fernandes post following 0-1 win against Fulham
Bruno Fernandes clearly isn’t turning blind eyes to comment left on his social media page by former teammate, David De Gea.
De Gea may have left the comment as a form of sarcasm after Man United managed to produce a lost time win against Fulham with Bruno Fernandes netting the only goal of the game.
Fernandes was at the other end of a lose ball as he stroke hard to fire past the Goalkeeper late in the second half to hand Man United their first victory after losing 2 consecutive 3-0s.
In celebration to their victory, Bruno who took his post to his IG page to celebrate his victory was met by David De Gea’s comment saying Bruno isn’t the right captain for Man United.
In response to this, Bruno laughed in an online interview and said; “De Gea is like a senior brother to me, we understand our jokes and I understand what he meant (laughs).
“We played together for a long time and we both have grown a close relationship that he can tell me things without even speaking so I don’t expect you to understand what he said, and I am not going to tell you to (laughs louder).”
Man United will turn their attention to the match against Copenhagen as they look to make it into the round of 16 after managing to win just one game since the start of the current UCL campaign.
