According to reports, the Blues have lined up a swap deal for the Belgian although not with the player Real Madrid want.
Reece James is one player Real Madrid want in exchange but to Chelsea, the English man is untouchable and won’t entertain any exit talks.

The youngster is currently on loan to Southampton with talks of a possible permanent departure been fired up from his camp.
