Aurelien Tchouameni has been named League 1 Young Player of the Season after a superb 2020/2021 show for Monaco.
The midfielder managed 36 appearances for the Stade Louis II side of which his performance attracted lots of attention from top flight teams including Chelsea.
With Monaco likey to finish the season at the top of the League 1 table, the youngster’s contributions and hard works can’t be underated.
Aurelien is more recognized for his physical strength to beat opponents in contents and win back balls.
Likewise creating good chances and pushing attacks when required, the 21-year-old has been picked as the best young players of the 2020/2021 season.

“His tactical understanding is higher than average. He tries to understand the game, and when you combine that with his athleticism and his way of coming out of defence…
“He’s taken on another dimension this season, especially in his use of the ball. All his levels are up, but there has been a big change there. In addition to the athletic work he does, he’s a monster that hurts the opponent and springs forward when required.”
