United managed to produce a 1-0 victory against Dean Smith’s men on Saturday after a Hard-fought match
Didier Drogba couldn’t hold back his words after seeing United manage to convert a game that almost ended with goalless.
The Red Devils have marked yet another clean-sheet under their interim manager, Ralf Rangnick.
The side have now kept as many clean sheets as they did under Ole Solskjaer who was fired followed poor run of form.
With the victory yesterday, United have now closed major gaps as they sit 6th on the league table, same points (27) with West Ham United who still have a game today.
The Hammers will visit Turf Moor today and will sure be ready to put up a fight or risk being overtaken by Manchester United who are pushing strongly to return to competing for the Premier League title.
According to former Chelsea attacker; Didier Drogba, United now have greater chances of breaking back into the top four.
“Their new manager arrived with a new mentality just like Tuchel did when he came t to Chelsea,” Drogba told BTU.
“Manchester may likely end maybe top two or top three cause the competition in the league currently may also make it hard for Ralf to reach the top this season.
“They have the players, yes they do. They have the capacity to compete majorly now but it may take time to be properly implemented.
“Watching their game yesterday, you can easily see places they are struggling with and I think they need to play faster games, cause of Ronaldo.
“He is a very fast player and I enjoy watching that. He paces alot and can produce important goals if in the right position.
