Diego Maradona death came as a shock in the noon hours of the 25th day of November, 2020.
The Buenos Aires-born ex-footballer and manager is widely regarded as one of the finest to ever grace the beautiful game of football, spearheading the Argentinean national team to world cup glory in 1986.
Maradona enjoyed a blissful career in Europe after following his move to Barcelona in 1982 after leaving Boca Juniors.
He however spent just two seasons with the Catalan club before moving to Naples where he enjoyed astonishing success with Napoli before a return home to Argentina, ending his footballing career with his boyhood club Boca Juniors in 1997.

Maradona will be fondly remembered also for leading Argentina to the FIFA 2010 world cup in South Africa where they exited in the quarter-finals by Germany.
The late football legend had a successful operation for a blood clot weeks ago but unfortunately failed under cardiac arrest and passed on today.
