Blues have started firing their shots for Barcelona young star who wants out of the club this summer.
Ilax Moriba is the name on their mind and have already contacted the player’s entourage to try forcing through a move.
Moriba according to sources has had his heart turned around by an offer from Blues and now favors a move to West London.
The West Londoners have also managed to convinced his Dad of a move.

Currently the 18-year-old has refused to extend his contract with the Catalans and is prepared to leave.
But should a deal fail to happen this summer then Moriba would leave next as a free agent when his contract runs out.
The Guinean has only made 14 league appearances for Barcelona of which he found a goal just once.
Barcelona have also agreed to let Moriba leave after freezing him out of their Pre-Season programs.
Moriba’s agents are demanding to high salary and as such caused Barcelona to push for his exit with Laporta wanting a proper financial management system for the club.
Chelsea are expected to submit an official bid soon for Moriba.
