The Belgian has reportedly been installed back into the transfer market by the Spanish Giants
Coupled with the fact that Hazard hasn’t had the best of seasons at Real Madrid, the former UCL champions are ready to let him leave for a lesser amount.
According to Spanish outlets, Real Madrid are ready to accept around €50m for the winger, which is actually half the amount the got him for.
Following claims from Belgian reporter; Kristof Terreur, it appears the 30-year-old has already made his choice about his next club.
Kristof stated Hazard has always talked of Stamford Bridge as his home despite departing long ago.

And also has said his blood is blue, in connection to being a Chelsea fan.
“He always called it [Chelsea] home. ‘My blood is blue!’ The only teams he wants to play for if Real Madrid push him out is Lille or Chelsea.” Kristof Terreur said of Hazard.
It’s also understood that Chelsea could be in line to complete a reunion deal for the former Lille man who still has eyes in France.
Hazard has had a struggling spell since arriving Real Madrid, suffering 8 injuries with the last almost ruining his career.
