Rio Ferdinand Finally Makes Kai Havertz Confession Following Germany Showdown

Havertz booked a spot on the score sheets last night as Germany edged past Israel in their friendlies

Chelsea attacker, Kai Havertz continued to impress last night as he netted the opening goal against their friendly game opponents, Israel.

This adds more numbers to his name as he aims for greater heights with the West Londonders after Hansi Flick confirmed speaking to Tuchel before lining Havertz as a number 9.

According to Rio Ferdinand, Havertz is one of the most clinical attackers he has seen in a very long time.

“He is very good in front of goalkeepers, I must confess,” Ferdinand said on a zoom interview with Samy Dynch.

“It isn’t easy to be very composed in front of goalkeepers, and he makes it very easy when been watched.

“He must be training so well for that and that means he surely deserves it. He can do more if he continues working as hard as he is doing.

“Coming from the Bundesliga to the Premier League isn’t always the best route for players as many find it even difficult to last in the Premier League.

“But he has already found success as he won three trophies with Chelsea and they are still in other competitions.

“He is the type of striker many managers will like to have in their squad and Tuchel is well equipped surely.

“He isn’t such a great dribbler but he is a problem in front of keepers, he scored a very easy-looking goal in the final against Manchester City.

“This is the type of players United need, players who have his kind of zeal to succeed and score goals.”
