Former Chelsea Manager, Antonio Conte Set For EPL Return As He Begins Talks With Blues’ Bitter Rivals

The Italian is set on a trip back to the Premier League after leaving his job at Inter Milan

Antonio Conte is reportedly in talks with Tottenham Hotspur over a move back to the Premier League after ending Juventus’ Serie A reign.

The 51-year-old led Inter Milan to their first Serie A trophy since 11-years, ending the same tally he started with Juventus when he was appointed manager at the Turin based side.

Considering his impressive achievements with Chelsea during his stay in the Premier League, Spurs have already made a move to hand him a new job ahead of the new season.

Tottenham fired Jose Mourinho who failed to meet expectations in the club and has since then been under the directions of an interim manager; Ryan Mason.

According to Skysport, Conte could likely be Tottenham’s next manager as talks are already started.

Conte won the Premier League with Chelsea in 2016/2017 season and then the FA Cup the following season.

According to Fabrizio Romano, Tottenham are not looking to land just Antonio Conte as they have also made contacts with former Juventus’ Director; Fabio Paratici.

Paratici despite believed to be more likely positive on the move is yet to respond to Tottenham’s offer.

But with Conte as coach, Paratici won’t fend off the offer.

Tottenham are already lined up talks on Conte’s; long term contract, salary, projects and also new signings that would be made.
