The Dutch man has notified Manchester United board of his keen interest in a star man for West London club
Manchester United are yet to land any signing with the summer window yet to even open but the club have already announced departures of four players.
It’s clear that the squad will witness a major change, not just in the outgoings but also in the incomings as Erik ten Hag discloses his reunion plans with former Ajax man.
Erik ten Hag had worked with the Midfielder just before he signed for Brentford following a health issue he suffered that almost cost his playing career.
Christian Eriksen had suffered a cardiac arrest during a game for his national side, an event that went on to cost him his Inter Milan contract as the Serie A side upon a mutual agreement terminated his contracted.
While awaiting move to Brentford after recovery, Eriksen had to train with Ajax Youth Team, there he was sighted by Erik ten Hag who was manager at Ajax then.
According to Mirror, ten Hag has asked for the arrival of Eriksen as he views him as a man who would be very instrumental to his new project at Man United.
Eriksen will be out of contract this summer as he only signed a 6-month agreement with Brentford and Erik ten Hag has encouraged Man United to facilitate his arrival.
