Declan Rice has made a bold statement after scoring important goal against Chelsea
It was a thrilling London Derby, where Chelsea and Arsenal played to a 2-2 draw, leaving fans on the edge of their seats.
The match saw a remarkable comeback by Arsenal, with initial goals from Palmer who scored from spot kick, and wonderful one from Mudryk putting Chelsea in the lead.
However, an unexpected mistake from Chelsea’s goalkeeper, Sanchez, allowed Declan Rice to capitalize and start a levelling to the score line. The game concluded with a goal from substitute Leandro Trossard, resulting in a well-fought 2-2 draw.
In an Interview with Somtosport, Declan Rice, who played a crucial role in Arsenal’s comeback, expressed his thoughts towards the goal and Chelsea in a whole.
“Massive credit to Chelsea. Their manager has been great, and they haven’t got what they deserve this season. And they have some wonderful players.” Rice said.
He went on to add, “It was due to get a goal (against Chelsea), I wish the club well. It’s a club that has done a lot for me in my career.”
This draw leaves Arsenal unbeaten in the Premier League this season, with an impressive record of 7 wins and 2 draws.
