Chelsea In Advanced Negotiations For Kounde As Dembele Is Yet To Decide

Fabrizio Romano has released the latest transfer updates on the situation of the highly linked to Chelsea targets.

He stated on Kounde deal, saying “For Chelsea, the situation is the exact same. Kounde is a top target on the list. They’re in well advanced negotiations on player’s side.”

He concluded “There is still no official bid to Sevilla. Sevilla want €65m for Kounde – which is less than his €85m release clause.” Chelsea will make their bid very soon.

Regarding the situation of Dembele,  he said “At the moment, there is still nothing agreed with Dembele and any club. We need to wait and see what happens.

Dembele is not accepting the last offer from Barcelona but he is still waiting for communications to see if it’s their last offer.”

Chelsea Considers Sosa As Possible Alonso Replacement With Their Eyes Also On Milinkovic-Savic

Chelsea have always considered Borna Sosa as a cheaper and more attainable player to sign than Marc Cucurella with Marcos Alonso set to depart.

Sosa was watched by Chelsea many times last season and impressed. Alonso will be on the move away, and Chelsea will so like bring in a replacement, Sosa is a possibility.

The club has also set their eyes on Sergej Milinković-Savić as an option to Foster their midfield department.

Chelsea have certified their interest in Milinkovic-Savic but their focus at the minute is on Romelu Lukaku’s departure.

But once Lukaku leaves, their focus will be on incomings, and Sergej Milinković-Savić could be one of them.

They made some serious enquiries about Milinkovic-Savic, but no concrete offer was made. Lazio want around €60m for the midfielder which Arsenal and Newcastle are willing to match, but the player turned down both clubs.

Chelsea Equally Working On Torino Defender, Bremer Along side Kounde

Chelsea are in the process of submitting an opening ‘bid’ for Torino defender Gleison Bremer amid the Jules Kounde transfer impasse.

The Chelsea target Gleison Bremer opened up on his future saying: “I told the coach and the management: ‘I want to change now’ [last summer]. So they told me: ‘Stay this year, help us. Next year you can take the next step’.”

“The fans already know that I have this desire to play in the UCL, to go there to earn a call-up to the Brazilian national team.”

“I need to play at a much better level, so I think it’s a matter of time. I’m analysing some proposals, but I think that next season I will no longer play for Torino.”

Chelsea will push harder to land the Brazilian. Other clubs are also chasing his signature..

Chelsea To Prioritise Raheem Sterling Just After Lukaku Departure

Chelsea will make a move for Manchester City forward Raheem Sterling – if Romelu Lukaku re-joins Inter Milan.

The prospect of Sterling returning to his London roots is also an appealing prospect. Thomas Tuchel is a big fan of Sterling and would welcome the departure of Lukaku.

Co-Chelsea owner Todd Boehly has been instrumental in negotiations with both Romelu Lukaku’s advisers and Inter Milan.

Todd Boehly is believed to have reservations about allowing Romelu Lukaku to leave Chelsea.

But it was made clear to him that keeping a player of his value at the club when it was clear he is no longer in Thomas Tuchel’s plans would be a bigger mistake.

Both Chelsea and Inter Milan feel an agreement can be reached this weekend for Romelu Lukaku.

Latest Manchester United Transfer News For Sunday 19th June.

Erik ten Hag Advise United Hierarchy To Make De Jong And Erik A Priority

Erik ten Hag has told Manchester United bosses that Frenkie de Jong and Christian Eriksen will be the focal point of his team. Ten Hag believes De Jong would be worth every penny.

Ten Hag has alternative transfer targets for both attack and defence. But views De Jong as paramount to his plans because he wants him to build the play for his team.

Ten Hag feels a marquee signing like De Jong – followed by Eriksen – would be a huge statement of intent for him to make.

A one-year contract offer for Christian Eriksen has been tabled, with the option of a further 12 months by Manchester United. And the financial terms of the deal are believed to be acceptable.

Andreas Pereira Prefers Staying Back At Flamengo To Coming Back To United

In a meeting held between Andreas Pereira and Flamengo, the player signaled his intention to remain at the club. Flamengo highlighted they would not pay the €10m demanded by mufc, but will still try to reach an agreement.

Flamengo’s desire is to reduce the amount established for the acquisition of Andreas Pereira or to extend the loan at least until the end of 2022 – both options please the player.

Before giving up on buying Andreas Pereira, Flamengo tried to increase his loan until December – mufc refused and claimed they have an offer to sell him already in this window at a value greater than the €10.5m agreed with Flamengo in February.

United Is Only £17M Away From Signing  Frankie De Jong: ten Hag Advise United He And Eriksen Will Worth Every Penny

Mufc are still keen to sign Frenkie de Jong from Barcelona, but the two clubs remain around £17.2m apart in their valuations of the midfielder. United remains hopeful of striking a deal with Barca.

It is understood that Barcelona at least want to recoup the £73.8m they signed Frenkie de Jong for, but mufc’s valuation is thought to be closer to £55.8m and, as things stand, there has yet to be a breakthrough in negotiations.

Barcelona ideally need to sell Frenkie de Jong to raise funds to strengthen their squad and mufc also know they are the only club seriously in for De Jong. His high wages are thought to be problematic for Barca.

United are prepared to walk away from a deal for Frenkie de Jong if a compromise is not reached with Barcelona and will instead pursue other targets.

It is understood that mufc’s interest in Christian Eriksen is not tied to what happens with Frenkie de Jong.

Mufc have presented an offer to Christian Eriksen and could still sign him as a free agent, even if Frenkie de Jong joins the club. Erik ten Hag wants an injection of quality in that area of the pitch following midfield departures.

Of all mufc’s summer transfer targets, Frenkie de Jong is the one the club would like to get in first given the important role Erik ten Hag envisages for him. They cannot wait indefinitely, but they have no interest in paying over the odds.

It is thought the most detailed training ground work Erik ten Hag is planning will be done on the second leg of the tour in Australia when the manager has a full squad to work with.

United CEO, Richard Arnold, Meet And Adress Fans On Club Situations At The Pub

Manchester United CEO, Richard Arnold met fans in pub, who were planning on a protest. He held a frank discussion that ran for 90 minutes straight. Here’s what he discussed with them:

“Manchester United officials are in Barcelona sorting the Frenkie de Jong deal as we speak.”

“The money is there to spend on new players this summer, that the manager and director of football want.”

“Ten Hag has given his list to United for the players he wants and Arnold said the club are doing everything to get who Ten Hag wants. He believes everything at the club is changing and heading in the right direction.”

“What’s happened is we’ve f*cking burnt through cash. You can’t go to to our training ground and say ‘by the way, show me where that £1 billion is here’. I don’t think we’ve done well with the money we’ve spent.”

Richard Arnold said [to the fans in the pub] that John Murtough is working from 6 am until 10 pm trying to get the Frenkie de Jong deal done.

Arnold also told the fans that there’s £200M for transfers and that he wouldn’t let any other targets slip.

“Do you want me buying the players? Doesn’t that ring a bell? (A dig at Ed Woodward who used to personally supervise transfers and buy the players)”

Fans: “You need to sort that the joke of an admin out embarrassing us on Twitter”
Arnold: :They’re going and a new team are taking over change is coming.”

Fans: “Who the f*ck give the likes of Phil Jones a new 4 year deal at the club”
Arnold: “That person isn’t at the club anymore, I can’t change the past and what’s been done but only tell you things will change.”
