The Belgian has made a disappointing return to Inter Milan after many struggles engulfed his Chelsea return
With the only feasible option being a loan move, Inter Milan are happy to reunite with Romelu Lukaku who they agreed to cover all his wages.
The loan deal will last until 2023 as Chelsea now turn to other options to find replacement.
Lukaku said of his return, “I’m back baby. I’m very happy. Remember three years ago when we were here? Good to be back. That’s what we are here for [to score lots of goals], I keep my promises, you know that. Thanks for having me. Forza, Inter!”
