The appointment of Erik Ten Hag comes with a lot of expectations and Ralf Rangnick among many names is fully aware
Erik Ten Hag is sure already mapping out how he will operate during his era at Man United following his announcement this week.
The Dutch man is hungered to change the fortunes at Old Trafford but is aware of the fact that club could all of a sudden become impatient if results aren’t convincing.
According to Ralf Rangnick, Man United already have in place what to do if Erik Ten Hag doesn’t change things in the next 12 months.
“I can only tell you from what I’ve seen and what I’ve heard and experienced so far, Erik is a good choice – a very good choice. He has shown that in the past,” Ralf said when asked if United will stick with Ten Hag if things remain unchanged in 12 months.

“I’m pretty convinced that he’s the best possible coach that you can get right now. As I said earlier on, one of the very few good things is that it’s crystal clear – you don’t even need glasses to analyse and to see where the problems are here.
“This is one of the biggest clubs in the world, we have perfect training conditions, we have a fantastic stadium.
“We have massive fan support, probably the best fan support I’ve ever experienced apart from Schalke in Germany.”
“It’s also important how Erik ten Hag sees that,” Ralf continued as he speaks on his consultancy role. “Does he like to speak with somebody like myself? How close does he want to work together? And those are the things we haven’t spoken about yet.”
United will take on Arsenal today as they push for top 4 return.
