For Chelsea to compete on a top level, the side needs to have a large squad just like Man City has substitutes that can make the first team any time.

This is clearly one thing that held Chelsea back when injury stroke, the Blues had no many substitutions to fill in the gaps properly, but rather resolved to using poor performers.

Ahead of the summer transfer window, Chelsea have already been linked to some names which includes, Jules Kounde, Aurélien Tchouaméni, Ousmane Dembele and now of lately, Neymar who is rumored by the Spanish media to be exiting PSG as an aftermath of Mbappe‘s contract renewal.

Chelsea are yet to disclose submitting interesting for any of these players but it’s known that Jules Kounde has been on the West Londonder’s radar since last two seasons and they could finally move in this summer.
