The German is keen his side will try to make an impact this summer following the many hiccups they faced this season including ownership issues
Chelsea manager, Thomas Tuchel believes his side will still try to make huge impact on the summer transfer market with several top targets lined up already.
The West Londoners are interested in solidifying their squad with the new boss, Todd Boehly already promised involvement in the goal.
Blues lost two important finals to Liverpool via penalty shootouts after failing to convert several chances, likewise their defense line failing to deliver in many occasions including the Champions League quarter final eviction.
For Chelsea to compete on a top level, the side needs to have a large squad just like Man City has substitutes that can make the first team any time.
This is clearly one thing that held Chelsea back when injury stroke, the Blues had no many substitutions to fill in the gaps properly, but rather resolved to using poor performers.
Ahead of the summer transfer window, Chelsea have already been linked to some names which includes, Jules Kounde, Aurélien Tchouaméni, Ousmane Dembele and now of lately, Neymar who is rumored by the Spanish media to be exiting PSG as an aftermath of Mbappe‘s contract renewal.

‘We are late because other clubs can take players, but we will try to have our impact. We have to be fast and smart as soon as the sanctions are lifted,” Tuchel said of the summer market.
Chelsea will take on Watford today on their last league game of the season as they set to wrap up what could be called a disappointing season for the European Champions.
