Portugal took the lead against Switzerland following a sensational free kick from Cristiano Ronaldo early in the 17th minute

Though not Ronaldo who got on the score sheet but the Man United attacker was instrumental to the goal as William the goal scorer had to just finish off a rebound from the free kick.
