Juventus Secure Hard-Fought Victory Away At Frosinone
Juventus began their Serie A campaign with a valuable 1-0 away victory over Frosinone, but the scoreline hardly tells the full story of a contest that demanded patience, defensive discipline and composure from the visitors.

Juventus made their early pressure count when Gleison Bremer broke the deadlock with a well-taken header. The goal gave the visitors the advantage they wanted, but rather than completely taking control of the match, Juventus found themselves having to withstand periods of pressure from a determined Frosinone side.

The hosts showed considerable character after falling behind. Frosinone pushed forward in search of an equaliser and created opportunities that could easily have changed the outcome. Juventus’ defensive organisation therefore became increasingly important as the match progressed.
For Juventus, the biggest positive was their ability to protect a narrow lead away from home. Winning matches when the performance is not at its most convincing is often a defining characteristic of teams competing for major honours.

The Turin side demonstrated that resilience here, refusing to panic as Frosinone increased the pressure. However, there were also warning signs. Juventus had chances to put the game beyond doubt but failed to convert them.
Their inability to establish a more comfortable cushion left the door open for Frosinone until the final whistle. Against stronger opposition, that lack of ruthlessness could prove costly.

Nevertheless, three points away from home represent an encouraging start. Juventus can take confidence from the result while recognising that there is still work to do in terms of chance conversion, attacking efficiency and controlling matches after taking the lead.
Ultimately, this was not a spectacular Juventus performance, but it was an effective one. The 1-0 victory provides the perfect foundation for the campaign while giving the team valuable evidence that they can grind out results under pressure.
