Romelu Lukaku in Talks Over Shock Fenerbahçe Move
Romelu Lukaku could leave Napoli this summer, with Fenerbahçe in talks over a potential move after the Belgian striker reportedly expressed his willingness to join the Turkish giants.

Romelu Lukaku could be on the move again this summer, with Fenerbahçe reportedly in talks with the Belgian striker’s camp over a potential transfer from Napoli.
The Turkish giants have made contact with Lukaku and the player is understood to be open to the move. Talks have reportedly progressed after Lukaku spoke directly with Fenerbahçe president Ali Koç, with the club now working to find an agreement.
Napoli are prepared to consider selling the 33-year-old striker as they reshape their squad ahead of the new season. Lukaku’s future has therefore become one of the situations to watch during the current transfer window.
Fenerbahçe are not alone in their interest, with MLS side Atlanta United also understood to be monitoring the Belgian forward. However, the Turkish club currently appear to be the most advanced option, with negotiations now underway between the parties.
Meanwhile, reports linking Lukaku with AS Monaco are understood to be false, leaving Fenerbahçe as the main destination currently being discussed.
A move to Istanbul would represent another major chapter in Lukaku’s career. The experienced striker has previously played in England, Italy and Belgium and could now be tempted by a new challenge in the Turkish Süper Lig.
For now, discussions remain ongoing, but Fenerbahçe are pushing to turn their interest into a concrete deal.
