Filipe Luís has wasted no time making his mark at AS Monaco.

The Brazilian coach has enjoyed a remarkable start to life in European football, remaining unbeaten across his first six competitive matches in charge while guiding Monaco through a demanding schedule in both Ligue 1 and Europe.

Monaco opened their campaign with a 3–2 victory over Górnik Zabrze in the Conference League play-offs before following it up with a 1–0 league win against Le Havre. They then completed the job against Górnik with a commanding 4–1 victory.

The biggest statement, however, came in Ligue 1.

Monaco defeated Marseille 2–0 before producing an impressive 2–1 victory over Paris Saint-Germain. They were eventually held to a 1–1 draw by Strasbourg, but that result extended Luís' unbeaten competitive run.

Across those six matches, Monaco have scored 13 goals while conceding just five, underlining the balance and attacking threat the former Flamengo coach has brought to the side.

One player enjoying the new era is Paris Brunner. The young forward has already found the net five times this season and has emerged as one of Monaco's standout performers.

With Filipe Luís unbeaten, Brunner firing and Monaco competing strongly on multiple fronts, the early signs are extremely encouraging.
