PSG Agree Deal for Lucas Digne After World Cup
PSG have agreed personal terms with Lucas Digne and will complete his move from Aston Villa after the World Cup.

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Paris Saint-Germain have reached an agreement to sign Lucas Digne from Aston Villa in a deal worth under €10 million.
The report says PSG and Digne have already agreed on personal terms. The transfer will be completed after the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Aston Villa are aware that PSG will activate the deal once the tournament ends and have already started looking for a replacement at left-back.

Digne is now to return to France after several years abroad. The 32-year-old has played for clubs including Lille, Paris Saint-Germain, AS Roma, Barcelona, Everton and Aston Villa. If the move goes through, it will mark his second spell as a PSG player.
The transfer fee has surprised many fans. According to Romano, PSG will pay less than €10 million for an experienced France international who has spent years playing at the highest level.
For PSG, this looks like a low-risk signing. The club will add experience, quality and depth without spending a huge amount of money. It also shows that PSG are not only chasing expensive superstar signings but are also targeting players who can improve the squad immediately.

For Aston Villa, Digne's departure means another important decision - bringing in a new left-back before the new season begins.
The agreement is in place. Now, both clubs are waiting for the World Cup to finish before making the move official.
