Nigeria vs South Africa: Super Falcons Face A Defining Battle For World Cup Survival

The encounter comes just days after both sides suffered disappointing exits from the 2026 Women’s Africa Cup of Nations. Nigeria were eliminated on a 1–0 scoreline by Cameroon in the quarter-finals, while South Africa fell 2–1 to hosts Morocco.
