Bayern Munich are on the verge of completing the signing of Moroccan international Ismael Saibari from PSV Eindhoven after agreeing a deal worth €55 million.

According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, the agreement between Bayern and PSV has been sealed, with Saibari set to undergo a medical in the United States before the transfer is officially announced.

The move comes just two weeks after reports first emerged linking Bayern with a surprise move for the highly-rated midfielder. Personal terms are believed to have already been agreed, leaving only the final formalities before the deal is completed.

Saibari has established himself as one of PSV's most influential players, impressing with his technical quality, attacking flair and versatility. An official announcement is expected following the successful completion of his medical and final paperwork.
