Spain Beat France to Reach 2026 World Cup Final

Spain are through to the 2026 FIFA World Cup final after beating France 2-0 in a dominant semi-final performance.

According to the match reports and official team news, Spain went into the game full of confidence. Before kick-off, Lamine Yamal said Spain feared nobody, while coach Luis de la Fuente insisted his team was ready to fight for a place in the final.

France boss Didier Deschamps admitted Spain were the favourites despite many people backing France to win the tournament. He also confirmed that Kylian Mbappé was fully fit for the match.

Spain took control in the 22nd minute when Mikel Oyarzabal calmly converted a penalty to make it 1-0.

France could not find a way back, and Spain comfortably saw out the victory.
