Arsenal Gears Up Possible Gyökeres Swap Deal As Arterta Eyes Attacking Upgrade
Reports claim Arsenal are committed to a blockbuster swap deal, with names like Swedish striker Viktor Gyökeres and Atlético Madrid forward Julián Álvarez said to be listed in the saga.

An update from El Chiringuito claims that Arsenal and Atletico have already agreed a swap deal for Gyökeres and Álvarez.
The rumour suggests Arsenal could offer Gyökeres plus around €50 million in exchange for Álvarez, as reported by Spanish media Barca Blaugranes.
The speculation could be classified as one wide off the marks, because the Atletico camp look quite unwilling to part with the Argentine striker.
Barcelona, PSG, Real Madrid and a host of other European giants have expressed interest in the forward. Each of these communicated offer has been laughed off, as the club value the striker for over €100m.
Julián Álvarez could be an upgrade to Arsenal attack, as he offers versatility; capable of playing as a striker, second striker and wide forward when need calls. His pressing intensity blends nicely with Mikel Arterta’ style of play.
Atletico Madrid value the Argentine forward as one of their most important players and would be reluctant to sell, except for a good price.
Julián Álvarez has his current contract commitments tied to Atletico Madrid until June, 2030.
